Council Notes:

Council is pleased to announce that the diocese approved a project to replace the emergency stairs. It is expensive but necessary as the stairs do not meet city code and have been condemned by the fire department. The contract has been signed and the money will come out of the trust funds held at the Diocese .

Trinity Web Page – updated information at trinityportalberni.ca   Michelle keeps this current. If you check it out you will notice that our hall is used regularly by several groups. Please respect others who are using the facility, and schedule church use for times when others are in the building.

Tuesday Prayer Group – The group meets at the church Tuesdays at 7:00 pm.

Prayer Chain

The prayer chain is a group of people from this parish willing to pray for other people. If you have a prayer request or would like to become part of the prayer chain please speak to Jennifer. >Winter Café and Market: November 29  Susi asks that you save the plastic meat trays for the Christmas market, bake sale. There will be a box for these in the kitchen.

>Kitchen Workers Please help in the kitchen as you can, or bring goodies, for coffee time after the service. The schedule is posted in the kitchen.
