There are 5 documents here that aid in the completion of the rental process.
The First One is the contract and needs to be filled out to the best of your knowledge and sent in, after you have checked with Michelle as to whether or not the space is available for your event.
The Second One is the "Repectful Conduct Policy" put out by the Diocese and adhered to by all of us. You don't have to print this but you must read it.
The Third One is a signed document that says that you have read the Respectful Conduct Policy.
The Fourth One is "Insurance Made Simple". All of our renter's need their own liability insurance. This document can help. Your insurance can come from anywhere but the Diocese does have some good rates available through their connections. You must provide proof of insurance either way.
The Fifth One is a simple diagram that shows you the layout of our hall and the chairs and tables we have available, as well as where the electrical outlets are located in case you are trying to figure things out ahead of your event.
After you have looked through all of these, we only need the forms from 1 and 3, and your proof of insurance. I hope we have made the process a little easier.
